Both times are pre-launch estimates, not a guaranteed SLA. The crew operates from Oldenburg, Germany (CET/CEST). There are no fixed office hours. Support is async and handled by the same people who build and moderate the server. There is no phone support and no live chat.

In-game tickets

The fastest way to reach staff without leaving the game. Open a ticket with /ticket create <category> <subject>, track replies with /ticket list, and close resolved tickets with /ticket close <id>. See Tickets for the full command reference.

Discord

The MythBlock Discord is the center of the community and the fastest way to get help outside the game. Join: discord.mythblock.me Channels:

The support page at mythblock.me/support has a topic-tagged contact form. When you click send, your email client opens with a pre-filled subject line. Pick the topic that fits:

Kauf / Lieferung	Store orders, missing items, payment issues. Include your Bestell-ID if you have one
Bug / Technik	Something broken or not working. Include a timestamp if possible
Spieler melden	Report a player. Include their username and what happened
Datenschutz (Auskunft / Löschung)	DSGVO data access (Art. 15) or deletion (Art. 17) requests
Sonstiges	Anything that does not fit the other topics
