Your Data on Discord

Your Data on Discord | Mythblock.me | Documentation

The Mythblock bot keeps a small link record plus a few records for single features, such as support tickets and birthdays; this page lists each one and how to view or delete it.

Ticket transcripts contain names and message text

When a support ticket is closed, its last 100 messages are saved as a text file in a staff audit log, with each author's name and the full message text.

How it works

The link record

When you link your accounts, the bot stores:

your Minecraft UUID
the date you linked
whether the link reward was paid
your language role, which is kept as a Discord role only

The link record has no fixed expiry. It stays until you unlink. Link codes are held in memory for 5 minutes and never written to the database.

Messages and XP

For XP and levels the bot does not read or store what you write. XP is a counter per member. Support tickets are the exception described above.

Records at a glance

Record	What it holds	How long
Link record	UUID, link date, reward flag, language role	Until you unlink
Link code	The 6-character code	5 minutes, memory only
Ticket transcript	Last 100 messages with author names and text	Saved in the staff audit log
Ticket metadata	Details of the closed ticket	Deleted after 90 days
Birthday	Day and month, never the year	Until /birthday clear
Store delivery audit	UUID, order ids, status	90 days
Transaction log	Your Coin and Crystal transactions	No automatic deletion
Web coupon audit	Your UUID	Removed on an erasure request

Staff can prune the transaction log, but always keep at least the last 7 days.

Roles from game data

Rank, pass and season-top roles are given only to players who linked their account. They use data that is already public in game. /server online lists the names of players who are online.

Your rights

/account data shows the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR). The reply is visible only to you. /account unlink deletes the link (Art. 17 GDPR). It asks for a confirm click first. /discord unlink in game does the same. In game, three more commands cover data outside Discord:

/season data shows everything the season system stores about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
/season erase erases your season data and withdraws your consent (Art. 17 GDPR). Confirm it with /season erase confirm.
/essentials forgetme deletes your personal Essentials data (Art. 17 GDPR). Add to make it final.
