Profiles and modes

Normal, Ironman and Season mode: rules, profile slots, what Season mode restricts and what happens at season end.

Mall & Season ShopPlayer shop plots (the Mall) and the Season 4 shop: point prices, categories, rotation and limits.
Every player has profiles. A profile is its own island with its own progress, and each profile belongs to one of three modes: Normal, Ironman or Season. You manage them with /island profiles.

Normal and Ironman keep their phase, prestige, level tracks, minions, boosts and bank from one season to the next. Only the Battle Pass, the seasonal achievements and the season score start again.

Ironman rules

Ironman and Season profiles are isolated. Items and coupons are stamped to the profile that earned them, and other profiles cannot redeem them. There is no trading, no /pay, no mall and no gifting with other players, and no /tpa.

Profile slots

Each player holds 1 Normal and 1 Ironman profile. The Mythic rank raises both limits to 3. The season crate can additionally drop one extra Normal slot or one extra Ironman slot as a prize. The hard cap is 10 per mode. If you ever hold more profiles than your limit allows, you keep them but cannot create another one of that mode. The Season profile is the exception: everyone gets exactly one, and nothing expands it.

Season mode

Season mode is the third mode, introduced with Season 4. It plays with Ironman rules and is the only mode ranked for the final season prizes. The prizes themselves are described on the Season 4 overview.

Crystals and crates

A Season profile cannot use Crystals at all. It cannot spend them, cannot open Crystal shops or the key shop, and cannot move Crystals between its island bank and your account wallet. The season shop refuses Crystal packs for the same reason. The only crates a Season profile can open are the Battle Pass crates, free and premium, earned from that profile's own Battle Pass. The season shop only sells those two crate keys to a Season profile.

Converting an Ironman profile

An existing Ironman profile can become the Season profile once. Island and progress stay as they are. From then on it plays for the season prizes and is wiped at the end of the season. The offer is open during the first 7 days of the season, using /season convert. The command asks for a second click or confirmation within 5 seconds. An Ironman profile that does not convert stays Ironman for good.

What happens at season end

  • The final Season board is closed and the prizes are paid out according to the season terms.
  • Your standing and stats are archived. Recap, archive and Hall of Fame entries are kept permanently, filtered by your consent. /season erase removes yours.
  • Your Season Points balance and your held prizes move into a pending transfer.
  • The island of the Season profile is deleted. Inventory, ender chest, XP, skills, collections, Rift mastery and the accessory bag of the profile are cleared.
  • A new empty Season profile is created when you next join.
Cosmetics, titles and badges are account-wide and stay.

Moving points and prizes: /season transfer

The prizes and the shop points of your wiped Season profile wait for you to pick a target. Run /season transfer, or /season transfer followed by a profile name, and choose one of your Normal or Ironman profiles. The menu asks for a second click within 5 seconds. Everything moves at once and the move cannot be undone.
A transfer never expires, and you are reminded when you join. The target profile needs an island first. Items arrive while that profile is active, and on Ironman targets they are stamped to that profile.
