A ticket is a private conversation with the Mythblock team. You can open one on Discord or in game, and it is the route for questions, purchase problems, player reports and appeals.
What a closed Discord ticket keeps
When a Discord ticket is closed, the last 100 messages are saved to a staff-only log with each author's name and the message text.
How it works
Tickets on Discord
Open the support panel on discord.mythblock.me and pick a category. The bot creates a private thread in the support channel that only you and the team can see. You can have 1 open ticket at a time.
Category
Use it for

Something else
Questions, appeals and everything else
Bug reports are not tickets. Send them with /feedback bug on Discord. The team can set a priority (low, normal or high), add or remove people, and rename the thread. You or the team can close the ticket, and closing asks for a confirmation click.
What is stored
When a Discord ticket is closed, the bot saves the last 100 messages of the thread as a text file in a log channel that only the team can read. The file contains each author's name and the full message text, not only IDs. Do not post passwords or payment data in a ticket. The bot also keeps a ticket record of its own and deletes it 90 days after the ticket is closed.
Tickets in game
/ticket create <category> <subject> [message] opens an in-game ticket. You can have up to 3 open at once, and the subject holds up to 128 characters. Longer subjects are cut.

An in-game ticket moves through the statuses OPEN, IN_PROGRESS and CLOSED. When you create, reply to or close one, the team gets a notice on Discord. No Discord thread is created for it.
