Grow 11 woods and four rare trees in a placeable pot: tiers I to V, sapling and soil, output, upgrades, recipes, sell prices and how many pots an island may place.
A Bonsai Pot grows one tree inside a single block and harvests its logs on its own, so your island gets a steady wood supply without a tree farm.
Rank pots count only while the owner is online
Extra pots from the island owner's rank only count while the owner is online. Pots already placed stay, but nobody can place further ones while the bonus is missing.
How it works
Right-click a block on an island where you have build permission to place a pot; the target block and the block above it must be free. Right-click the pot to open it (Bedrock players get a form). The same build permission is needed to use a pot. There is no player command for pots.Put one sapling into the sapling slot. It is planted once and keeps growing tree after tree until you take it out. The soil slot is optional for normal trees.

Logs go into the pot's storage. By default the pot moves 8 items every 2 seconds into a chest, barrel or hopper directly below; you can switch this off in the menu. When the storage is full, the tree pauses. If the chunk was unloaded, the pot catches up on up to 240 minutes of growth, as far as its storage allows. To pick a pot up, shift-click Pick up pot in its menu. You get back the pot at the same tier, the sapling, soil, upgrades, Storage Chest and the whole storage.
Pot tiers
Each tier grows faster and harvests more. Crafting and placing a tier needs a tier of your Oak Log collection: 2 for Pot I, 3 for Pot II, up to 6 for Pot V.

An Oak pot gives about 60 logs per hour at tier I and about 267 at tier V. Tier and soil speed bonuses add up to at most 90% shorter growth, and one cycle never takes less than 5 seconds.
Woods
A pot grows 11 woods. Crimson and Warped need tier 2 of their stem collection; all others need tier 1 of their log collection. Every harvest also rolls the extra drops.

Rare trees
Four rare trees grow only from their own rare sapling, which cannot be crafted. A plain vanilla sapling of the same look does not plant them, and rare trees do not drop their own sapling.

Kristallbaum: Amethyst Shard 10%. Each harvest has a 1.25% chance of 1 Crystal, at most 1 per pot and hour: about 1 Crystal per 2 hours per pot at tier V. Sapling from the Shadow Crate, about 0.256%.
Goldbaum: Apple 20%, Golden Apple 1%. Sapling from the Void Crate, about 0.479%.
Leuchtbaum: 2 Glowstone Dust 35%, 2 Glow Berries 25%. Sapling from the Vote Crate, about 0.458%.
Spukbaum: Pumpkin 30%. While the Halloween event runs, 5% chance of 1 candy per harvest, at most 4 per pot and hour. Sapling from a Spukbeutel (about 0.93%) or for 300 candy in the Halloween shop.
All rare trees also drop 2 Sticks at 50%. Crystals and candy wait on the pot until you claim them: Crystals go to the wallet of the player who claims, candy into the inventory.
Pots per island
Every island may place 2 pots, with a hard cap of 10. Every 50 island levels add 1 pot, up to 4. The island owner's rank adds more while the owner is online.

Upgrades
A pot has 2 upgrade slots. Each upgrade fits once per pot, and only one Hopper Speed level at a time.
Bonsai Compactor: after each harvest presses 160 logs into a Compressed Log and 160 Compressed Logs into an Enchanted Log. It only presses the planted tree's own log.
Bonsai Fertiliser: while fuel burns, the tree grows 25% faster. Bone Meal burns for 30 seconds, a Bone Block for 270 seconds, and the fuel slot holds at most 240 minutes. Fuel is used up.
Bonsai Auto-Seller: sells only the overflow that does not fit the storage, at 75% of the sell price times the market index. The coins wait on the pot and go into the island bank when you claim them. With it, the pot never pauses on a full storage.
Bonsai Hopper Speed: level I moves 16 items every 2 seconds, level II 32 every second, level III 64 every second.
The Storage Chest has its own slot and takes the minion Storage Chests: Tiny Storage +192 items, Medium +384, Large +576, Ultra +1,152, XX Ultra +1,728.
Logs and sell prices
On the 5x5 workbench, 16 border cells with 10 logs each (160 logs) make 1 Compressed Log; the same with 10 Compressed Logs each makes 1 Enchanted Log. This works for all 11 woods.

Commands
Pots have no player command. Everything runs through the pot menu that opens on right-click.
Tips
My pot stopped growing
The storage is probably full. Put a chest, barrel or hopper directly below the pot, or install the Bonsai Auto-Seller so the overflow is sold.
Why can I not place another pot?
Your island reached its pot limit. If the owner's rank adds pots, that bonus counts only while the owner is online.
Which wood should I start with?
Oak. Every pot recipe and tier-up uses Oak Logs and Compressed Oak Logs, and the pot tiers follow your Oak Log collection.
