The eight network rules every player agrees to: fair play, no cheating, chat conduct, and enforcement.

These rules apply to everyone on MythBlock — in-game, on Discord, and across every community space. The current live version at mythblock.me/rules always takes precedence.

In short

No cheating, no unfair advantages, no AFK farming, no hack clients. Play fair, chat respectfully in German or English, and report bugs instead of exploiting them.

Rules violations can affect your season payout

Confirmed bug or exploit abuse results in item and currency resets and permanently disqualifies you from season prize money — even if you finish in the top 5.

The eight rules

01 - Be fair and friendly

No insults, bullying, harassment, or threats of any kind. No discrimination based on origin, identity, or belief. No spam, flooding, deliberate all-caps abuse, or intentional disruption of chat or gameplay.

02 - No cheating

Any modification, tool, or setup that gives you a gameplay advantage over a vanilla player is considered cheating. This includes but is not limited to: Hack clients and injected mods:

Wurst, Impact, Meteor, Future, Aristois, LiquidBounce, and any other hack client
Kill-Aura, Reach, Hit-Box modifiers, or combat assists
Fly hacks, Speed hacks, No-Clip, Phase, or movement exploits
Fast-Break, Nuker, or any block-mining speed manipulation
No-Fall, Anti-Knockback, or damage-reduction cheats
ESP, Tracers, Player/Chest finders (beyond vanilla F3)
Baritone, auto-pathing, or bot-like navigation mods

Unfair advantage mods:

X-Ray texture packs, resource packs, or shaders that reveal ores/caves/spawners
Minimap mods that show entities, caves, or player positions (surface-only minimaps like JourneyMap with entity radar disabled are allowed)
Schematica/Litematica with auto-place (read-only overlay is allowed)
Inventory sorters or mods that automate crafting sequences beyond what vanilla offers
Print/Printer modes that auto-place blocks from schematics

AFK farming and automation:

AFK pools, AFK machines, or any contraption designed to bypass the AFK kick timer
Auto-clickers, mouse macros, or hardware macros that simulate repeated clicks or key presses
Tape-on-mouse, weight-on-key, or any physical bypass that holds an input without active play
Auto-fishing, auto-mining, or auto-farming setups that operate without player attention
Scripts, bots, or external programs that send game inputs automatically

Fast-Break and block manipulation:

Fast-Break hacks that mine blocks faster than your tool tier allows
Nuker mods that break multiple blocks at once
Reach modifications that extend your mining or interaction distance
Any modification to block-breaking speed, timing, or animation cancelling

Zero tolerance for hack clients

Joining with a hack client — even if no hacks are active — results in an immediate ban. The client itself is the violation.

Allowed mods (zero gameplay advantage):

Visual only	Replay Mod, shaders (no X-Ray), custom skies, connected textures
HUD/Info	Armor HUD, coordinates display, FPS counter, light level overlay
Accessibility	Gamma/brightness mods, color blindness aids, chat readers
Minimap (limited)	JourneyMap, Xaero's — surface only, entity radar OFF, cave mapping OFF

When in doubt, ask in #support on Discord before using a mod. "I didn't know" is not a defense.

03 - No bug or exploit abuse

Found a bug? Report it on Discord immediately. Exploiting it — even once — can result in a full item and currency reset, plus permanent disqualification from season prize payouts. This includes:

Duplication glitches (items, Coins, Crystals, XP)
Phase-skip or phase-gate bypasses
Economy exploits (infinite sell loops, negative pricing, coupon stacking beyond intended limits)
Island boundary or protection bypasses
Any unintended interaction that produces resources, currency, or progression faster than designed

Reporting earns trust

Players who report bugs responsibly may receive a reward at staff discretion. Exploiters lose everything.

04 - Chat and advertising

Chat in German or English only.
Do not advertise other servers, shops, or external services.
No doxxing, personal-information sharing, NSFW content, or extremist material of any kind.
No scam attempts, phishing links, or misleading trade offers.
No excessive use of Unicode, special characters, or formatting to disrupt chat readability.

05 - Accounts

Account sharing to transfer progress or bypass restrictions is forbidden.
Ban evasion (joining on an alternate account while banned) results in all involved accounts being banned.
Alt accounts used to gain additional resources, votes, or referral rewards beyond what one player should earn are treated as cheating.

06 - Consequences

Severity	Typical action
Minor (first-time chat offense, accidental rule break)	Warning or temporary mute
Moderate (unfair advantage mods, mild exploit use)	Temporary ban (1-7 days) + item/currency reset if applicable
Severe (hack clients, repeated offenses, duplication)	Permanent ban + full progress reset
Critical (real-money fraud, doxxing, threats)	Permanent ban across all accounts, no appeal

Staff may escalate or reduce severity based on context, history, and cooperation.

07 - Reporting and support

Report rule-breakers on Discord with the player's name, a timestamp, and evidence (screenshot or clip). In-game you can use /report <player> for a quick submission or /ticket create for a full support ticket.

08 - Rule changes

Rules may be updated at any time. The version published at mythblock.me/rules is always current and binding.
