Support on Mythblock runs through the Discord at discord.mythblock.me and through tickets in game. This page lists every official channel and what to use it for.
Appeals go through a ticket
To appeal a ban or a decision, open a ticket on discord.mythblock.me. Every ban screen shows this address.
How it works
For most questions, open a ticket: on Discord in the support channel, or in game with /ticket create. To report a player in game, use /report. The team gets an alert at once.There is no /support command in game. /discord links your Minecraft account to Discord. It does not send an invite.

When the server turns you away
The whitelist screen (Whitelist only) and the maintenance screen (Maintenance in progress) both show the Discord address and the server address to copy.

Open a ticket on discord.mythblock.me. The ban screen shows the same address.
Is there a support command in game?
No. Use /ticket create for a ticket or /report to report a player.
Does /discord give me an invite link?
No. /discord links your Minecraft account. The invite address is discord.mythblock.me.
