Breaker pickaxes are specialised netherite tools that instantly mine one specific block type on your own island. They are consumed when their charges run out and must be re-crafted.
In short
Craft breaker pickaxes to instantly mine obsidian or reinforced deepslate on your island. Higher tiers have more charges, and the Terrapex multitool is a crate-exclusive upgrade.

Charges are only consumed when the tool successfully breaks its signature block. Mining any other block does not drain charges.
Crafting at the 5x5 Workbench
Both breakers are crafted at the 5x5 Workbench (unlocks at Overworld phase 5). Tiers II and above require the previous-tier breaker as a crafting component -- you cannot skip tiers.
