Scavenger hunts hide items around the server for you to find, and every find counts towards hunt rewards and a leaderboard of the top 10 finders.
Compass and hints cost coins
The compass costs 500 coins per use. A hint costs 100 to 5,000 coins, depending on how hard the item is, and marks it with a beacon for 30 seconds.
How it works
Open your hunt journal with /scavenger. It lists the running hunts and your progress. To collect an item, walk up to it and click it.
Finding items
Each item has a difficulty. Clues reach 6 blocks around a Medium item, further around Easy items and less far around Hard and Expert items. If you are stuck, two paid aids help:
Compass:/scavenger compass <hunt> points you at the nearest find, for 500 coins per use.
Hint:/scavenger hint <hunt> marks one unfound item with a beacon for 30 seconds.

Halloween 2026: Kürbispfad and Irrlichter
From 2026-10-24 00:00 to 2026-11-02 23:59 server time, two Halloween hunts run.The Kürbispfad (Pumpkin Path) hides 31 pumpkins, ghost heads and one golden pumpkin.

Tips
What does a hint show?
A beacon on one unfound item for 30 seconds. Hints for harder items cost more, up to 5,000 coins for Expert items.
Do I lose a leaderboard prize if I am offline?
No. Prizes are paid once after the hunt closes, and offline winners get them on their next join.
Can I find the Irrlichter more than once?
Yes. The 5 lights move every day, and after each move every light counts again.
